In late May 2024, a young couple approached us with a desire to build a tiny house in their garden. Our expertise allows us to bring visions to life, offering innovative and creative solutions for adapting containers.

The couple provided a technical drawing, which helped us understand their requirements in detail. Within a week, we discussed the specific modifications needed, and shortly after, we invited them to our workshop. This visit allowed them to see our process up close and speak directly with our technicians. This ensured they were fully informed and that the final result would meet their expectations. At K-tainer, we strive to make the entire experience as seamless as possible for our clients.

The process of developing a Tiny House

The process of building a tiny house from shipping containers is streamlined and efficient.

Phase 1: cleaning and preparation
We begin by thoroughly cleaning the interior and exterior of the containers to ensure they are in optimal condition.

Phase 2: modifications and cut-outs
Next, we proceed with the necessary modifications and cut-outs according to the technical drawings and customer specifications. This is a crucial phase where the customer's vision for their ideal tiny house starts to take shape.

Phase 3: painting and final touches
In the final phase, the containers are professionally painted in black RAL9005, as per the customer’s request. We then conduct a detailed final inspection to ensure the highest quality. Throughout the project, we keep our clients updated daily on the progress.

Transport and delivery

K-tainer partners with PAX to ensure the safe and professional transport of the containers. Delivery is scheduled in close consultation with the customer to fit their timeline perfectly.
