Working Smarter with Smirflow

On December 5, 2025, Shair Mir from Smirflow joined K-tainer with a clear mission: to better connect our systems, processes, and data, and make our organization work smarter.

Since his start, we have worked together on analyzing integrations, clearly mapping out processes, and gradually testing and improving automation. This creates better control over daily operations. Think of contact information being synchronized and enriched more intelligently, inventory processes becoming clearer, and data flows aligning more effectively.

Now, in March 2026, the first improvements are already becoming visible. Less manual work, more reliable information, and a solid foundation that grows with the organization. Many operational delays aren’t caused by one big problem, but by a combination of small tasks, systems that don’t communicate well, and data living in multiple places. By focusing on these areas, work becomes simpler, processes clearer, and information more accurate when it’s needed.

Besides the technical improvements, the collaboration has been very positive. Communication runs smoothly, and Shair is a pleasure to work with. This makes it easier to take the next steps together and continue improving the organization.
