Student Research: Impact of SMEs on People, Planet & Profit

Recently, students from Hogeschool Rotterdam, in collaboration with Kenniscentrum Business Innovation, presented their first research results.

Five SMEs, including K-tainer Trading, were examined on their commitment to People, Planet, and Profit.

The conclusion: a lot is already happening, but there are still many opportunities to better connect these efforts and make them more visible.

Our colleague Ronald Vrijenhoef took part in the project. It’s great to see practice, education, and policy coming together.

The follow-up research is being carried out on behalf of the Province of Zuid-Holland, in cooperation with MKB Rotterdam Rijnmond. To be continued.
