Ladies and gentlemen,

Today is not only a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey that K-tainer has taken but also to look ahead to a future full of new opportunities and possibilities.

What once started in a mobile office unit in front of Eemtrans on Bunschotenweg in the Waalhaven of Rotterdam has now grown into a trusted name in the world of shipping containers.

From buying and selling new and used containers to rental, modifications, and logistics, K-tainer has firmly established itself in the marketplace.

Much has changed over nearly 25 years. Where we once started small, we have now grown into an organization driven by craftsmanship, customer focus, and innovation in everything we do. This success is thanks to the passion of everyone involved with K-tainer – from our employees to our customers and partners.

But as we all know, success is not a final destination – it is a new beginning. Today, we are not just celebrating a milestone; we are kicking off a new era – one that promises to be just as dynamic, exciting, and successful as the past years.

Collaboration is key. K-tainer believes in finding partners who complement and strengthen each other, especially when it comes to the energy transition.

We see AI and digitalization making significant strides in society, but trust remains the most important factor. People do business with people. K-tainer embraces both worlds, using technology to optimize our processes while maintaining the personal connections that truly make a difference.

At K-tainer, we continue to build our brand awareness and will be increasingly present at trade fairs, both as visitors and exhibitors.

We also highly value social responsibility and giving back to the community. Over the past year, we have contributed to several local projects, reflecting K-tainer’s commitment to making a positive impact. We also provide students with the opportunity to gain practical experience and explore the world of container logistics.

What makes our work even more special is the incredible diversity of container projects we encounter. From smart modifications to creative applications, we see increasingly innovative and inspiring projects. This not only makes our work more exciting but also ensures that we are continuously learning and discovering new possibilities – and that’s what makes our industry so fascinating!

We are also proud of the Port of Rotterdam – an icon with a rich history, but above all, a powerful logistics hub with unparalleled capacity. The port is not just the backbone of the Dutch economy; it is also a source of inspiration and innovation, where K-tainer operates with pride.

Finally, we wish everyone around the world great business success and good health. In China, the new year has recently begun – the Year of the Snake.
