K-tainer Welcomes Gardeners Dream

We are pleased to announce that Gardeners Dream, a rapidly growing online plant retailer, has recently rented a 45' PWHC container from K-tainer. They were looking for a secure storage solution due to pest issues, and they found exactly what they needed with us.

Who is Gardeners Dream?

Gardeners Dream was founded about eight years ago as part of Craigmarloch Nurseries in Scotland. It started by selling plants they grew themselves, but now they also offer a wide range of garden products such as weed fabric, furniture covers, and even pet food like dried mealworms and suet balls.

Since Brexit, Gardeners Dream has expanded its operations to mainland Europe, with 99% of their plants being grown in the Netherlands. This makes the Netherlands the ideal location for their European branch, enabling them to serve customers across Europe.

Fast Service

Gardeners Dream chose K-tainer because we were able to deliver quickly. After a simple phone call, the container was on-site in no time, allowing them to store their stock safely and ensure the quality of their products.

Collaborating and Sharing Experiences

Recently, we had an enjoyable conversation with Richard Schaareman (Operations Manager at Gardeners Dream), who is well-acquainted with Ronald Vrijenhoef (CCO of K-tainer). It was fantastic to hear how the rise in online orders has helped Gardeners Dream grow. At K-tainer, we are also undergoing a transformation: customers can now easily rent containers online, including transport. Everything is quick and easy online.
